1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Software4All website and the ShortsForge AI software (the "Service"). By purchasing a subscription or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

ShortsForge AI is a software tool that processes long-form videos and generates short-form video clips, including automated editing features such as moment detection, reframing, and captioning. The Service is provided on a time-limited access basis (day-based subscriptions).

3. Subscriptions and Access

  • Access is sold on a flexible, day-based basis. You may purchase any number of days of access, from a single day up to long-term periods — you are not limited to a fixed set of plans.
  • The length of your access corresponds directly to the amount paid, at a fixed rate of one day of access per unit of currency (for example, a €55 purchase grants 55 days of access). The exact duration and price are always shown at checkout before you pay.
  • Your access period begins when your payment is confirmed and your license is activated.
  • Access expires automatically at the end of the purchased period. Subscriptions do not auto-renew.
  • Licenses are personal and non-transferable. Sharing accounts or license keys is prohibited.

4. Payments

Prices are displayed at checkout in the listed currency and are calculated from the number of access days you select, at the per-day rate described above. Payments are processed through our payment partners. An order is complete only when the payment is confirmed. We reserve the right to change our pricing or per-day rate at any time; price changes do not affect access already purchased.

5. Refunds

Because the Service is a digital product with immediate access, all sales are final once your access has been activated, except where a refund is required by applicable law. If your access was never activated due to a technical fault on our side, contact us and we will activate it or refund your purchase.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to process content you do not have the rights to;
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, resell, or redistribute the software;
  • Circumvent license restrictions or access limits;
  • Use the Service to create content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights.

7. Your Content

You retain all rights to the videos you process with the Service. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to the content you upload and for the content you publish using outputs of the Service.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Software4All and protected by intellectual property laws. Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for the purchased period — nothing more.

9. Availability and Changes

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may update, modify, or discontinue features. If a prolonged outage on our side prevents you from using purchased access, we may extend your access period accordingly.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that generated clips will achieve any particular result or performance on social platforms.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Software4All shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the access period during which the claim arose.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access without refund if you materially breach these Terms, including license sharing or unlawful use.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
